Legal Support Services
1. Evaluate medical records. I provide a detailed analysis of medical records in comparison to standards of care. While I may not qualify to be an expert witness for all cases, I can provide an analysis on a broad range of cases to help you strengthen your case, find the holes so you can prepare accordingly. The level of detail I provide is often not provided by other experts when reviewing cases.
2. Provide comprehensive, chronological written reports with case summaries and references to support standards of care or practice standards.
3. Evaluate expert witness testimony and qualifications. I have seen expert witnesses provide incorrect or partial information. I have seen them miss important details in the medical records. I can help you identify these issues if they exist.
4. Service as an expert witness when the case aligns with my specialty and practice.
5. Facilitate referrals to appropriate expert witnesses.
